Reading
These are books I have read and found impactful. I share these so you can understand what influences my thinking, how I choose to shape myself, and what I would recommend to close friends who want guidance. Books allow people to interpret ideas in their own way and actually learn the lessons they want.

These books are essential to understanding how to control your own life and shape yourself.

- Thinking, Fast and Slow Understanding how humans think allows you to change your mind and become the person you want to be.
- Atlas of the Heart Your ability to deal with feeling is limited to your conceptual vocabulary. This book defines feelings and makes you aware of them, thus giving you the power to change them.
